Shipping

StitchGlow ships through a verified fulfillment partner. Most US orders should arrive in about 7-15 business days after payment.

We send tracking as soon as it is available. Delivery timing can vary by carrier, destination, holidays, and weather, so please allow up to three weeks before treating an order as late.

Returns

You can try the light with your normal crafting routine. If it is not a fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@brightknitting.com.

Returned items should be in clean, working condition with included accessories when possible. We will reply with return instructions before you send anything back.
